Jazz Dean Stockdale`s `Celebrating Oscar` Quartet

The ‘Celebrating Oscar’ Quartet is a new quartet playing inventive arrangements of Oscar Peterson’s original compositions together with music that he was associated with. Dean Stockdale is a highly regarded jazz pianist, arranger and composer based in the North of England. He is known for his sensitive, swinging style and regularly appears around the UK with some of the best names in UK jazz. The band focus on bringing the infectious swing of Oscar’s music and showcasing his own compositions. The quartet features:
- Dean Stockdale on keys
- Gavin Barras on bass
- Gaz Hughes on drums
- Tim Williams on guitar
