GAZ HUGHES QUARTET

Local drummer and band leader Gaz Hughes brings his quartet to Davenham on Thursday 27th April.

As a sideman Gaz has performed with an impressive array of artists both in the UK and internationally. An extremely tasteful and swinging straight ahead drummer, he exhibits a no-nonsense approach to his playing. The lineup of the quartet features

Gaz on drums
Andrzej Baranek on keys
Ed Harrison on double bass
and Bim Williams on guitar

In February this year Gaz released his 3rd album as a band leader “ Beboptical Illusion” which will be featured during his UK tour starting in March and contain mostly original compositions.
