Performing in the Heart of Cheshire.
4th December 2019 @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
CallIn December, Davenham Players present two pieces of new writing by Davenham members.
In a local amateur theatre, three stalwart members gather and reminisce over past performances. While the women bicker and debate the chequered history of the theatre, we flashback to some of the more memorable performances. A one act comedy set over 50 years. Or 51, depending which member you speak to.
Trapped in a terrifying future world where the arts are disappearing for good, a young girl – L4, fights to maintain her identity. Schools have been replaced with compulsory Edu-centres and speaking in Arts Tongue is now forbidden. L4 watches in desperation as her fellow students forget themselves to a destructive regime. Can she change their future before its too late?

Tickets are £10 online at DanArts.org or by phone on 01606 259 596
