Christie Barlow & Zara Stoneley
Bestselling author of 7 novels, Christie Barlow originates from Northwich. Her writing career came as somewhat of a surprise when she decided to write a book to teach her children a valuable life lesson and show them that they are capable of achieving their dreams. She has certainly succeeded! When writing The Cosy Canal Boat Dream, Christie’s research was aided by our very own narrowboat-dwelling LitFest regular, Paula Jackson!
Zara Stoneley lives in Knutsford, she has been writing stories for almost as long as she’s been able to read. Nevertheless, she had a variety of careers before deciding to buckle down and write the novel she’d always wanted to – before she hit fifty! The Wedding Date is the tenth novel she’s had published by HarperCollins. She writes heartwarming, humorous stories about life and love.
Christie and Zara share the same publisher and will discuss their road to publication.
